If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the information you provide, such as name, contact details, company, role and information concerning the request or project.

• Responding to enquiries and preparing proposals, based on pre-contractual steps or the legitimate interest in managing professional relationships.

Data is accessible only to authorised UNICI personnel and, where necessary, service providers subject to confidentiality and data protection obligations.

Hosting is provided by IONOS SARL. According to the contractual configuration identified by the publisher, the server and website data are located in France.

Retention

Contact and project data is retained for the time needed to respond, prepare a proposal, perform the business relationship and meet legal obligations. Details of prospective customers without a contract will not be retained for marketing purposes for more than three years after the last relevant contact.

Technical logs are retained only as long as needed for security, operation and applicable legal duties, in accordance with the hosting configuration.
