The controller is UNICI - Solutions Lda., publisher of the website and owner of the ARTKRYA brand, with offices at Av. Figueiredo Sarmento, 7, 5300-302 Bragança, Portugal.

Data processed
The website has no forms, user accounts, e-commerce, behavioural advertising or external analytics tools.
Hosting may generate technical logs required for operation and security, including IP address, date and time, requested resource, browser and error information. If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the information you provide, such as name, contact details, company, role and information concerning the request or project.
Purposes and legal grounds
- Providing, protecting and diagnosing the website, based on the legitimate interest in security and continuity.
- Responding to enquiries and preparing proposals, based on pre-contractual steps or the legitimate interest in managing professional relationships.
- Complying with legal, tax and accounting duties and establishing or defending legal claims.
Recipients and hosting
Data is accessible only to authorised UNICI personnel and, where necessary, service providers subject to confidentiality and data protection obligations.
Hosting is provided by IONOS SARL. According to the contractual configuration identified by the publisher, the server and website data are located in France.
Retention
Contact and project data is retained for the time needed to respond, prepare a proposal, perform the business relationship and meet legal obligations. Details of prospective customers without a contract will not be retained for marketing purposes for more than three years after the last relevant contact.
Technical logs are retained only as long as needed for security, operation and applicable legal duties, in accordance with the hosting configuration.
Cookies
The current website does not use analytics, advertising or personalisation cookies and does not install external tracking services. If this changes, the policy will be updated and consent requested where required.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing, where applicable, by writing to info@artkrya.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNPD in Portugal or the supervisory authority where you are located, including the CNIL in France.
Security and changes
Technical and organisational measures proportionate to risk are applied. No system is entirely invulnerable; incidents will be managed in accordance with applicable law.
